Community of Change Professionals


The NSW Public Sector’s Community of Change Professionals (CoCP) was launched in March 2013. 

Our Mission is to promote and develop the practice of change management in the NSW Public Sector through a Community of Change Professionals. 

The ability to change, quickly and effectively, with committed and capable people, is the new strategic advantage.  This is particularly important in the NSW Public Sector as government reform is one of the key drivers of change.

The CoCP benefits Agencies and the Sector by:

  • strengthening best practice change leadership and change management capability
  • promoting the sector as a preferred place to work and supporting people to build a professional career
  • providing a strategic forum and networking opportunities.

The CoCP will hold member events where people involved in implementing organisational change can network and have opportunities to listen to key speakers from the public and private sector talking about strategic change management.


Membership will be open to all NSW Public Sector employees who are working in any area of change including change leaders, managers and change agents.

As a member you will have access to free resources, events, networking and more.
