This is a Community of Practice for NSW Public Sector employees working in Human Resources (HR). We share information and provide opportunities for professional development.

Our mission is to position the HR profession as a key contributor in delivering business outcomes. Our community is about more than sharing best practice and supporting one another. We have a strong focus on uplifting the profile of the HR profession in the NSW public sector. We do this by providing development opportunities and showcasing the value HR professionals bring to achieving business goals.
